11. New openings

Holes are dangerous because they attract things inside and swallow them, leaving only emptiness after them. Acknowledging these holes helps to contain them. And celebrating them allows them to heal eventually.

When I had started to fix some of my holes, the ones from the two previous attempts, a massive one formed and swallowed one of my little seeds. That hole is still there, bleeding and pounding. Oppressive. I know, little by little, it will be able to heal, and hopefully, it won’t swallow too much more.

And perhaps that tiny seed, still green and not entirely developed, may succeed.
